Our history

Proud Progress was born from a desire to do things differently, rooted in a simple family of sailors and travelers.

From the very beginning, we wanted to create spaces that were more than just accommodations — places where people genuinely love to be.

Through our journeys, we began observing what truly makes a stay unforgettable: natural light, silence, space, a sense of place, and that feeling of arrival when everything feels just right. From there, we started selecting and developing properties that reflect this same level of care.

Inspired by the Algarve, with its easy rhythm and open beaches, and by Lisbon, with its energy, culture, and views over the Tagus River, we created a collection of homes designed to offer authentic and comfortable experiences.

Today, every Proud Progress property is prepared with the same purpose:
